Role overview

Tasks - You complete an individual aspirant program and take part in specialist and leadership training with the aim of taking over the function as Managing Director.

• During this time, you actively work in all rayons of the point of sale.

• You will learn how our employees can be supported and developed.

• You will also learn how to ensure optimal goods management and an attractive shop image.

Personnel planning including cost control and branch administration are also part of your daily tasks.

• Requirements
• Completed basic training in the retail trade or corresponding professional experience in the sales sector
• Leadership experience of advantage
• Friendly and team-oriented personality with a well-groomed demeanor
• Ambition, commitment and willingness to commit to our common goals
