TASKS

• Identify the fields of action based on key figures, surveys and inputs from management
• Development, establishment and optimization of measures in work & organizational development
• Strategic further development of human resources work at the St. Margrethen site
• Creating and independently conveying learning content at all levels in the company
• Close cooperation and sparring with the Head of Human Resources and the members of the Executive Board in company-wide change and strategy processes
