- During the teaching you will get a holistic insight into banking:
- You receive bank customers: inside at the Infodesk
- You advise customers: inside around topics such as accounts, cards, creation, financing and provision
- You support customers in dealing with digital channels You perform administrative tasks
- In addition to the classic tasks in banking, you will also get insights into other exciting departments such as marketing or accounting and can help recruit future learners.
