- During your three-year training you will get an insight into different departments and be used in the following work situations:
- receiving and forwarding of banking customers consulting of banking customers
- supporting bank customers via digital channels assisting in the consulting of customers
- preparing and processing banking transactions administratively
- In the various departments you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical instructors.
- You can complete the training with us either in the EFZ extended basic education or with professional maturity. Requirements for school:
- Completed people at the top level with good grades Very good German skills, oral & written
- Prerequisites for learning two foreign languages
- With professional nature: Very good performance at the top level, passed entrance exam Personally: communicative and friendly joy in learning teamwork reliability and exact work open to new things Interests:
- Enjoying everyday banking and customer contact
