• You take care of all customer requests (at the counter, by phone or by mail)
• You know which services are covered by the insurance
• You can see the connections between social security
• You will learn about the different laws and regulations
• You manage customer dossiers and maintain the data What you bring
• Good performance in all major subjects (D/F/E/M) at the highest elementary school level or at the 10. School year (grades 4.5 or higher)
• In the Multicheck Economy and Administration you reach at least 50 points
• You are interested in insurance and health care
• You are reliable, friendly and communicative and enjoy contact with people
• You have a safe and well-groomed appearance and pleasant manners
• You have talent in dealing with numbers and have a quick understanding Why SWICA
• Start your professional life optimally: In the introductory week, get to know the whole SWICA and your fellow learners.
