Start your career with our trainee program During 18 to 24 months, we offer committed young talents a comprehensive insight into the entire value chain of meat and fresh meat production. At the heart of the trainee program are sales and product management. In addition to production, further assignments are based on your interests and current company needs. You will thus get to know different divisions and gradually take on responsibility.In doing so, you will go through several stations at our locations in Gossau, St. Gallen and Bazenheid and work closely with experienced employees.The assignments are structured and enable you to understand connections along the entire value chain and to participate cross-divisionally. With an individually tailored program, we prepare you optimally for a future specialist or management function in our company.
