Would you like to take responsibility for a state-of-the-art web application for time and performance tracking – a solution that is used daily by around 4,000 employees in Switzerland in a wide variety of industries and has a real impact? Here you have the opportunity not only to operate a system, but to actively develop it further, optimize processes and play a decisive role in shaping the future of time and performance recording in the D-A-CH region

Do you want more than just system operation? With us, you will actively shape the further development of our time and performance recording system and accompany changes in modern HR and business processes from the idea to implementation.

Expertise in time and performance recording: Be the central contact person for our employees in the D-A-CH region, especially in Switzerland, for challenging questions relating to our TEMPUS application. You understand the needs of our users, advise the specialist departments and develop practical solutions together with them
Management and prioritization of requirements: You will record requirements and optimization requests from the business, analyze and prioritize them together with the relevant stakeholders and transfer them into clearly defined specifications for our DEVOPS queue.
International project environment: Actively participate in the program for the further development and rollout of TEMPUS in the entire D-A-CH region. You will bring in the requirements of our users and work in an international environment with occasional trips within Europe.
Technological development: Drive optimizations and new functionalities together with our developers, system engineers and SAP consultants. You will accompany requirements from the conception to the test phase with the users to the successful introduction of new, future-proof solutions.
Interface between business and IT: You act as a link between specialist departments and development teams, translate technical requirements into implementable system solutions and ensure stable operation (2nd level support) as well as the correct data integration into our SAP system landscape.

For a successful start, you ideally have the following profile:

Strong communication skills at the interface between business and IT
First professional experience in a comparable position in the IT environment
A service-oriented and independent working style with a high level of personal responsibility
Fluent in German as well as basic knowledge of English
A degree (HF/FH/Uni) in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification is an advantage
Initial knowledge of HR processes is a plus
