Your tasks and perspectives

• Professional, human, organizational and financial management of anesthesiology at Grabs site
• Active participation in the cross-site development of the anesthesiology of HOCH Health Eastern Switzerland
• Promoting interprofessional and partnership cooperation with all participating disciplines
• Further development of processes, structures and interfaces along the perioperative performance process
• Ensuring quality, efficient and patient-oriented care
• Responsibility for the training and further education of assistant doctors at a SIWF training centre of category A2 in close cooperation with the Zentrum St. Gallen.
• Commitment in quality development, teaching and scientific and professional societal activities

What you bring for this job

• Specialist title for anesthesiology FMH or an equivalent recognised qualification and several years of clinical experience in anesthesiology at a centre or university hospital
• Leader with high professional and social competence, management experience and a strong business understanding
• Willingness and motivation to assume and actively shape comprehensive medical, human and financial leadership responsibility
• Pronounced understanding of quality as well as pleasure in the further development of structures, processes and key figures
• Ability to attract employees for common goals and actively develop interprofessional cooperation within and outside the clinic
