- At the heart of it: Together with specialists, you will monitor, analyze and optimize the output quality of our existing AI solutions in the area of customer support.
- As a hub for AI quality, you coordinate cooperation between the departments, IT, assurance and other stakeholders and bring together different perspectives.
- Already when designing new AI solutions, you contribute your expertise so that quality and possible risks are considered right from the start.
- In this newly created role, you move in a dynamic environment and, together with various stakeholders, shape the structures, processes and standards for systematic AI quality assurance.
