Tasks

• Processing of complaints from our demanding customers
• Execution of re-orders from suppliers
• Competent information for warranty services and their completion
• Technical support of sales and planning employees

Requirements

• Completed training as carpenter, sanitary or professional experience in a similar function
• Continuing training in the field of AVOR, as a technical merchant / technical clerk or a comparable training is advantageous
• The willingness to change professionally
• Friendly and customer-oriented appearance
