Your tasks and perspectives

• Disposition, reservation and contract management, as well as billing for our 180 staff rooms, 130 meeting rooms and 720 parking spaces
• Management of all real estate contracts incl. Auxiliary charges
• Optimization of process and workflows based on a new innovative concept and its implementation
• Contact person for tenants, landlords, customers, employees, as well as internal and external service providers
• Support of the specialist areas on site at HOCH sites

What you bring for this job

• Completed basic commercial education and training or professional experience in real estate management
• Category B valid driving licence
• Verified in administrative tasks (office knowledge) as well as impeccable German in word and writing
• Established personality with pleasure in dealing with people
• High level of independence, flexibility and responsible action
