- You manage and develop your own portfolio of municipalities and cities and build long-term, trusting customer relationships
- You analyze customer needs, identify potential and develop suitable marketing concepts
- You understand the strategic and operational challenges of your customers: inside and accompany them as a sparring partner: in their digital development
- You will recognize customer needs and potential and develop concrete sales opportunities for our solution and service portfolio.
- You control the entire sales process from demand clarification and solution finding to offers and negotiations until successful conclusion
- You bring together the right internal specialists and coordinate the cooperation between customers, departments and project teams
- You keep an eye on contracts, sales development, opportunities and customer satisfaction and ensure reliable support
Your profile
- You have experience in sales, account management, public administration, the IT environment or in a comparable customer-oriented function
- You understand the needs and decision-making processes of municipalities and cities or have the motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with this environment
- You communicate clearly, appreciatively and convincingly and move safely at different contact and decision levels
- You enjoy building relationships, developing customers and attracting people to solutions
- Ideally, you have an existing network or are well-versed in the administrative landscape
- You bring a commercial, business or comparable education. Further training in sales, business administration or a related field is advantageous
- You think entrepreneurially, recognize opportunities and pursue them with perseverance and commitment
- You work independently and structured, but also appreciate the exchange and cooperation in the team
