- Independent processing of fault messages via remote access
- Analysis and resolution of complex faults (hardware, software, network) in cooperation with internal and external specialists
Main responsibilities
- Independent processing of fault messages via remote access
- Analysis and resolution of complex faults (hardware, software, network) in cooperation with internal and external specialists
- Support for Level 1 support and escalation of Level 3 support as needed
- Installation, maintenance and migration of servers, networks and peripherals
- Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and reporting on support status Requirements Basic technical training completed
- Sound IT skills (hardware, software, networks)
- Experience in public address systems or video surveillance is advantageous
- High quality awareness, reliable working methods and communication strength
- Knowledge of French or Italian is advantageous What we offer
