The EMIL EGGER Group is one of the leading Swiss logistics companies and offers its customers a comprehensive range of services in the areas of general cargo, heavy cargo and warehouse logistics. At 11 locations, around 800 employees currently work for well-known clients from industry, trade and trade. Our location in Härkingen plays an important role in the coordination of general cargo logistics between German and French Switzerland. To complement the team on site, we are looking for a general cargo professional for the role as a transport dispatcher.
Tasks
- Acceptance, organisation and distribution of general cargo orders throughout Switzerland
- Operational planning of the chauffeurs and the assigned truck fleet
- Investigation of irregularities and particularities
We expect
- Practical professional experience in transport, pleasure in trucks,
as well as a versatile activity in a modern logistics company
- Commercial and/or technical training
- Very good knowledge of German, French is an advantage
- Reliable, accurate and team-oriented workflow
- Readiness for shift operation, driving licence Cat. C/E desired
