Tasks

• The economically optimal arrangement of rail and road transport (food and non-food) for the entire Switzerland is in your hands
• To guarantee punctual delivery to distribution centres and sales outlets, you control loading and unloading dates and monitor the picking process.
• In addition to managing the deployment locations, you will take care of general administrative work and the smooth flow of information with internal and external interfaces.

Requirements

• The basis for this position is your completed training in the forwarding or logistics industry (e.g. logistics specialist, chauffeur) coupled with several years of professional experience and secure MS-Office knowledge
• Independent work, resilience and flexibility distinguish you, with very good knowledge of German is mandatory and French is an advantage
• Working hours:
• For this role, the willingness to work shifts in the weekly change (05.00 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 2 p.m.) and for regular Saturday assignments (05.00 a.m. to 2 p.m.) is required.
