Key requirements
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig und selbständig und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen einen klaren Überblick.
- Schichtbetrieb (24/7) macht dir keine Mühe – inkl. Nacht- und Wochenendeinsätzen. Die Einsatzplanung erfolgt mindestens vier Wochen im Voraus.
- Mit deiner abgeschlossenen Berufslehre EFZ im Verkehrswegbau oder einem ähnlichen Bereich legst du den Grundstein. Zusätzlich bringst du zwingend Praxiserfahrung im Gleisbau mit.
- Die Ausbildung zum/zur Rangierbegleiter:in Ai hast du bereits abgeschlossen oder bist bereit, diese zu absolvieren.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse liegen mindestens auf Niveau B2 (mündlich und schriftlich) und du besitzt den Führerausweis Kat. B.
- Bei entsprechender Eignung bringst du auch die Bereitschaft mit, die Ausbildung zum/zur Sicherheitschef:in RTE 20100 zu absolvieren.
