Technical Sales Coordinator Commercial Vehicles (m/f/d | 100%)

To complement our team in the field of commercial vehicles, we are looking for a technically-savvy personality for exciting tasks in sales and order processing. Do you have experience in vehicle construction and would like to use your technical knowledge in an exciting sales activity? In our field of commercial vehicles, you can expect a versatile and challenging job in which you assess technical requirements, coordinate orders and act as an important link between our customers and production. Their tasks
- Sale of spare parts for vehicle bodies of the HESS Group
- Acceptance and review of customer concerns as well as assessment of feasibility in cooperation with production management
- Preparation of offers and pre- and post-calculations
- Technical and administrative order processing
- Execution, termination and support of orders in cooperation with the technical project manager and production manager
- Assistance in the preparation of customer documents, prospectuses and price lists
- Assistance in the organisation of trade fairs and exhibitions
Our requirements
- Completed basic training as a constructor, car body sailor, vehicle locksmith or automotive mechatronic engineer
- Professional experience in vehicle construction is advantageous
- Technical or commercial training
- Several years of experience in a comparable function
- Experienced handling of ERP systems and MS Office (ideally also knowledge of 3D CAD)
- Very good oral and written knowledge of German (French advantageous)
- Strong sales flair
- Strong organisational talent, assertiveness and a result-oriented working method
