Would you like to take on responsibility and develop outpatient care together with your team? Do you motivate your employees, like to make decisions and keep an overview even in challenging situations? Then we look for you. Immediately or by agreement we are looking for a Team leader/in 70 – 100%

Their tasks

• You lead a nursing team with around 20 employees in terms of personnel and organisation.
• In this task, you create the rosters and take responsibility for the deployment plans.
• They recruit, accompany, assess and promote employees.
• They lead meetings and participate in projects and working groups.
• They share responsibility for implementing the strategic and operational objectives.
• You regularly take care of your own care tours so that you are close to the action and know what moves your team.
• Ideally, you will take on vocational training tasks at the secondary level (FaGe, AGS).

Your profile

• They have professional and managerial experience in a similar environment.
• You have completed at least one training as a health professional FaGe.
• They work solution-, process- and result-oriented.
• They have business knowledge.
• An appreciative, empathetic and motivating approach is important to you.

Spitex Gäu is the largest Spitex organization in the canton of Solothurn and provides professional and comprehensive care and support at home on behalf of the municipalities of Egerkingen, Gunzgen, Härkingen, Kappel, Neuendorf, Niederbuchsiten, Oberbuchsiten and Oensingen. In addition to outpatient primary care, we provide specialized services in the areas of palliative and dementia care, psychiatry and wound counselling. Other services such as care, foot care and driving service round off our range of services.
