- Overall responsibility for the technical infrastructure and ensuring high availability of equipment in slaughterhouses
- Professional and personnel management as well as further development of the maintenance team including deployment, resource and absence planning
- Ensure reliable operation of all technical installations through maintenance, maintenance and rapid and sustainable troubleshooting
- Implementation and supervision of technical inspections, in particular in the field of occupational safety, operational safety and legal requirements
- Active co-responsibility for the reduction of downtime and downtime through preventive maintenance strategies and continuous optimization
- Ensuring the procurement and availability of spare parts
- Coordination and support of external partners, suppliers and fitters including planning and monitoring of external work
- Ensuring a clean, complete and traceable documentation of all maintenance work as well as maintenance and management of our maintenance system
- Active support and participation in technical projects as well as in conversions, extensions and optimizations of plants and infrastructure for the technical further development of the operation
- Depending on the profile, experience and personal development, it is also possible to take over the deputy of the head of company maintenance and thus assume additional responsibility at divisional level. Requirements
