- Responsibility for efficient deployment and holiday planning taking into account operational requirements
Main responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of the team of the Fruits & Vegetables department in day-to-day business
- Responsibility for efficient deployment and holiday planning taking into account operational requirements
- Promotion and development of employees through regular employee, goal and performance discussions
- Ensuring a smooth running of the storage processes incl.
- Management of order picking and implementation of random checks
- Close cooperation and proactive exchange of information with incoming goods and sub-control room Requirements
- Completed training as a logistician: in EFZ, ideally with appropriate further training or comparable practical experience in logistics and management
- High load capacity, reliability and an efficient, independent working method
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Secure handling of common IT systems and warehouse management software
Additional details
- Close cooperation and proactive exchange of information with incoming goods and sub-control room
- Readiness to work at night (including Sunday assignments) and to work in a permanently cool working environment (13-15 °C)
- Conditions of Employment: Pension Fund: 2/3 is paid by Coop Working hours: 5 weeks holidays
