Team leader control room in logistics (m/f/d | 100%)

In order to complement our team in materials management in the field of operations, we are looking for a motivated and qualified manager as team leader.
You appreciate the varied environment in logistics and you are a professional in the coordination of logistics processes then we have the ideal position for you! As team manager with around 9 employees, you have a significant influence on the quality of our logistics processes and are the hub within logistics. Help with your expertise to perfect the logistics around the production of our high-quality electric buses!
Their tasks
- Organizational and personnel management of the control room with around 9 employees
- Active assistance in day-to-day business as well as ensuring and monitoring day-to-day business
- Monitoring of daily bookings
- Timely preparation and processing of order picking orders
- Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure optimal material disposition for spare parts and production
- Participation in project groups and implementation of process optimization
- Prepare data from the ERP in the EXCEL and format for further processing
- Active support for inventory work
- Ordering of consumables and tools
Our requirements
- Basic technical training in an industrial establishment
- Further education in the field of process specialist or logistics specialist as well as experience in the field of warehouse logistics
- Organizational talent with hands-on mentality and leadership experience
- Experienced MS Office knowledge (especially advanced user knowledge in Excel)
- Very good user experience in an ERP system
- Independent operation and high load capacity
- High level of teamwork and a strong sense of duty
- Very good knowledge of German (English of advantage)
