Manager / Head of Operations Logistics Center Late Shift, who will assume responsibility, optimize operational processes and actively support the Manager in his function.

Mansioni

• Managing and coordinating the late shift and ensuring a smooth operation
• Act as a contact for internal and external partners during the shift
• Optimize workflows and processes in terms of efficiency, personnel development, quality and hygiene
• Address and escalate disruptions, deviations and operational challenges
• Documenting relevant shift indicators, incidents and transfer information

Ensure the flow of information between late, night and day shifts and adjacent areas

• Participation in projects and active contribution of improvement and optimization measures

Further development of TopX (lean management program) and advancement of continuous improvement processes in the company Ensure and take responsibility for compliance with labour, safety, order and cleanliness standards

• Support the head of operation in operational and personnel management and take over the deputy in his absence

Requirements

Completed vocational training, ideally in the field of technology, food or logistics

• Completed logistical training

Experience in the food industry as well as good product and logistics knowledge

• Leadership experience in a comparable function
• Very good MS Office knowledge and experience with SAP

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as good knowledge of English

• You are assertive, resilient and flexible

Networked thinking as well as a good understanding of production and logistics processes and their connections

• Flair for technology, digitalization and automation
