- Quality assurance and development of nursing services and services
- Integrated, modern care and care of patients in the context of the reference person system
- Co-building in the rkish-oriented treatment and support of patients, relatives
- Co-responsible for the training of students at the station Requirements
- Recognized vocational training in the field of nursing staff HF/FH (certificate of recognition of the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas)
- Several years of professional experience with adults in the psychiatric acute area
- Extensive specialist, social and self-competence and a high degree of resilience - willingness to take responsibility and decision-making
- High motivation, flexibility and the ability to engage in a dynamic and exciting working environment
