Role overview

It is part of the Asylum of the Blind Foundation, founded in Lausanne in 1843, which includes the Jules-Gonin Ophthalmic Hospital in Lausanne, the social service and low vision rehabilitation, the research centre for the sciences of vision and the EMS Clair-Soleil in Ecublens, a medical-social institution specially designed for visually impaired seniors.
