Main responsibilities
- You welcome, listen and advise customers.
- You ensure the transactions in cash and you respond to customer requests efficiently (returns, refunds, claims).
- You perform the tasks related to the management of a cashier and the Subito zone.
- You carry out checks professionally and according to the processes in force.

- 2 years of experience: in the field of retail with customer contact
- Professional learning completed (CFC): Retail Manager Sourure, versatility, patience and rigour
- Excellent communication skills and natural ease in customer contacts
