Your responsibilities

Management and further development of the Quality and Risk Management department
Planning, coordination and implementation of surveys, audits and certifications (including sanaCERT Suisse)
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Integration of internal and external feedback management
Management of quality projects and general projects within the framework of strategy implementation
Ensuring effective governance, risk and compliance management (GRC) incl.

Risk assessment, control of measures and reporting to the hospital management

Responsibility for referral management
Advising and supporting the hospital management and the employees as data protection officer /-r
Management of commissions as well as management of a small team Tasks:
