- In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the timely and process-oriented processing of internal consultations on third-party construction projects and spatial planning templates.
- You work closely with the internal interfaces and support them in assessing spatial planning measures and ensuring the necessary information.
- Thanks to your experience, you process and write applications and statements professionally and efficiently and always maintain an overview, even when the volume of work is high.
- You maintain regular contact with the authorities, offices and property owners - mainly by telephone and in writing and represent and protect the interests of SBB in the context of third-party construction projects and spatial planning templates.
- You support the identification of possible potential of your own properties.

- Da sämtliche Anweisungen und Dokumentationen elektronisch sind, bringst du sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Office und SAP) mit und hast Freude im Umgang mit den gängigen Programmen.
- Du verfügst über einen Abschluss als Kauffrau:mann EFZ oder als Raumplaner:in. Erfahrungen in einem Bausekretariat oder Grundbuchamt sowie Kenntnisse im Baurecht oder in der Raumplanung erleichtern dir den Einstieg in diese Rolle.
- In Deutsch bist du verhandlungssicher, gute Französischkenntnisse stellen ein Plus dar.
