Main responsibilities
- Realize and operate IT infrastructures for our customers
- Implementation of Move, Add & Change services Support of managed services solutions Acquisition of IT projects
- Support the Sales & Presales team in technical matters Takeover of 2nd and 3rd Level Support Creating and updating documentation
- Creating solution concepts and system architectures Requirements
- Basic technical training and further training in computer science, electrical engineering or similar (technical school, HF, FH) with at least 5 years of professional experience
- In-depth experience in Microsoft 365 and Workplace
- Manufacturer certification at Microsoft Certified Expert level Knowledge of ITIL processes
- High motivation as well as customer and service orientation Readiness for Picetting Good knowledge of German and English Driving licence Cat B
