- Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role in an industrial company Strong project management skills

- Experience in regulated environments (medical technology, pharmaceuticals, automotive)

- These include (process) optimizations under applications of lean principles and cost reductions.
- They support the introduction of new products and processes by taking on coordination tasks within the production area, performing technical clarifications, contributing to the creation of documentation, and being the contact person for internal and external stakeholders.
- Take this with you: Required qualifications:
- Completed Higher School (HF) or Fachhochschule (FH), ideally based on a teaching in the technical field.
- Finded professional experience as a manufacturing engineer or in a comparable function in an industrial company.
- Very good knowledge of project management.
