• Independent operations with a focus on complex endourology and minmal-invasive andrology at the Olten and Solothurn sites
• Self-responsible outpatient office hours at both main locations and occasionally at the external locations Balsthal and Grenchen
• Supervision and co-care of inpatients
• Guidance, supervision and further training of senior and assistant doctors
• Cooperation in the medical service system and the clinic management
• Participation in the professional and strategic development of the clinic Profile Profile
• Specialist title Urology FMH or equivalent continuing education recognised in Switzerland (including MEBEKO recognition with a foreign diploma)
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a senior medical or similar medical function after obtaining the specialist title
• Experience in urethra surgery and prosthetics welcome
• Leadership skills and enjoyment of the education and training of younger colleagues
• Interest in scientific activity desired, but not a requirement
