Tasks

• Management of the protected crisis intervention ward (16 beds) in collaboration with the care ward management, including triage activities and participation in the background service of the entire KPPP
• Conducting outpatient crisis and emergency discussions for short-term support and stabilization of patients
• Taking over case management for more complex patients with special needs or difficult disease courses.

• Participation in the further development of the recovery orientation of the ward and in the adaptation of treatment concepts.

• Management, supervision and further training of assistant doctors and psychologists as part of the institution's further training mandate Profile
• Specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy or shortly before obtaining it (for foreign diploma with MEBEKO recognition)
• Clinical experience in the institutional inpatient area
• Integrative and flexible personality with commitment and joy in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Experience in the Swiss healthcare system
