Main responsibilities

- Drive Service Innovation & Digitalization: Lead the development and global rollout of innovative service products, including digital offerings, aligned with Tecan’s service and digital strategies.
- Deliver Commercial Impact: Grow service sales, recurring revenues, and overall profitability by implementing effective enablement strategies and robust product management.
- Take accountability for the Service Portfolio & Enablement P&L, ensuring revenue generation and profitability for LSB and PB.
- Oversee Product Training: Guide the strategic direction and continuous improvement of global product training programs.
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Make service a key differentiator for Tecan by delivering customer experiences that exceed industry bench marks .
- Champion Operational Excellence: Standardize and optimize service processes, tools, and best practices for maximum impact.
- Product Training: Oversee the strategic direction and continuous improvement of global product training programs, and 2nd level support teams.

Additional details

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Sciences, or Economics; MSc or MBA preferred
- International management experience, ideally with global scope Fluent English (verbal and written); German or other languages are a plus
