The Civil Chamber of the Higher Court of the Canton of Solothurn is the last cantonal authority to judge a wide variety of disputes in civil matters.

For the Civil Chamber of the Higher Court, we are looking for a leading court clerk, 80%, at the Solothurn location on 01.01.2027 or by agreement. Your responsibility

Its main task is to process written proceedings and draft judgments for the judges of the Civil Chamber.

Key requirements

  • You have completed legal education at a Swiss university and experience in civil law and SchKG and/or in the court sector.
  • The attorney's patent is desired, but not a prerequisite.
  • They have good IT user knowledge and like to work independently.
  • An efficient working method, stylish German as well as resilience and teamwork round off your profile.
