Role overview
As part of the strengthening of its IT team, our client is looking for an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to ensure the management, performance and security of its database infrastructures in a multi-technology environment. Database Administration
Install, configure and administer databases ( Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB )
Ensure performance monitoring, maintenance and optimization
- As part of the strengthening of its IT team, our client is looking for an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to ensure the management, performance and security of its database infrastructures in a multi-technology environment. Database Administration
- Install, configure and administer databases ( Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB )
Application process
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure scalability and application performance
- Contribute (if possible) to the implementation of data lakes Security & Compliance Implement and enforce IT security policies Implement good database security practices
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders on security issues and compliance Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with IT teams and trades
- Propose improvements on existing architectures and processes
- Ensure technological monitoring of database solutions
- Minimum 3 years of experience in database administration Expertise on: Oracle SQL Server Sybase Experience on: Data Guard RMAN A data lake experience is a plus Technical expertise Indispensable
- Multi-SGBD Administration (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase) Performance tuning Backup / recovery (RMAN) High availability / replication DataGuard
