- Responsibility for proactive identification, preparation and evaluation of acquisition objects in all Swiss language regions (individual properties, portfolios, development and construction projects)
- Responsibility for the management and implementation of the "Diligence" processes (economic, construction, legal and tax) until the successful completion of the transactions

- Completed higher education (real estate trustee, university or university degree in the areas of property management, architecture or economics)
- Strong personality with assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Multi-year track record as a transaction manager with sound know-how for residential and commercial properties; additional skills in the areas of valuation (Cons-Still and Asset Management are beneficial)
- Solid network of relationships with brokers, owners and relevant real estate actors (with advantage also in Romandie)
