Full description
The Healing Education School Center (HPSZ): One school - four locations. We teach and support our students from kindergarten age to school leaving holistically and individually. Our diverse pedagogical offer enables good school, social and personal development. For the HPSZ Olten we are looking for a curriculum pedagogue / curative pedagogue, 34% as of 01.01.2027 or by agreement until 31.07.2027.
Your responsibility
- They assume partial responsibility for a class with eight students and work closely with the class teacher and the class team.
- Their assignment takes place in a class of the sub-level on a fixed day per week.
- They are jointly responsible for the planning and implementation of the individual support planning of the students. This also includes participation in parent talks, coordination tasks as well as writing reports and support documentation.
- Together with the pedagogical staff, you are responsible for the cooperation and organization in the class team.
Your profile
- You have an education in curative curative education (SHP) or a teaching diploma. Alternatively, you are in training for the SHP or in the recognition process of the EDK.
- Working with children, especially in the field of cognition and communication, gives you pleasure.
- You take into account the individual needs of the children and adapt your learning methods and support offers accordingly.
- Good relationship and communication skills as well as a strong team spirit distinguish you as well as your resilience in challenging situations.
