- You take over the overall coordination for our learners in 3 different professions and you recruit and accompany them until the apprenticeship.

Main responsibilities
- You take over the overall coordination for our learners in 3 different professions and you recruit and accompany them until the apprenticeship.
- The responsibility of vocational training is in your hands – you ensure that all processes run smoothly, advise our vocational and practical trainers and you exchange ideas with parents, vocational colleges, ÜK and authorities
- In addition, you advise and support our employees and managers in HR-specific topics skilfully and with great passion
- Our HR systems are carefully maintained and ensure that all relevant information is always at hand
- You keep an eye on the health of employees and also have discussions in cooperation with the managers
- You are also actively involved in recruiting, from demand planning to successful onboarding
- You take over the deputy staff management of the branch with sovereignty, a sense of responsibility and an eye for the essentials Profile:
- We require at least 3 years of experience in vocational training and you have the vocational trainer card – ideally you are familiar with the teaching professions KV, logistics and road transport
- You have already worked in human resources and preferably have an appropriate training
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in our industry or a similar dynamic environment
