- Actively contribute to selected Client Engagement Teams, with a sharp focus on opportunity identification and development
- Collaborate with underwriting colleagues to stay informed on Swiss Re's risk appetite and identify evolving client needs
- Engage in strategic client discussions on the value of reinsurance, drawing on knowledge of enterprise valuation, regulatory frameworks, rating agencies, and capital markets
- Contribute to the global P&C Business Development community — sharing ideas, best practices, and leveraging Swiss Re's global presence to drive results About the Team
