- Reporting directly into the regional BUM, you will lead a sales team to ensure that financial & performance objectives are met.

- Reporting directly into the regional BUM, you will lead a sales team to ensure that financial & performance objectives are met.
- Accurately forecast business and drive a sustainable, long-term regional sales pipeline aligned with country and EMEA priorities.
- Attract, develop, engage and lead a high performing sales team, supporting and driving them to accelerate business.
- Support and collaborate with our Enabling Function teams (Marketing, Medical, Reimbursement, Order-to-Cash) to ensure a smooth Order to Cash process is maintained and our customers receive the highest levels of service.
- Ensure positive and detailed account communication between the team and other in-house teams, providing feedback and insights to senior management as required.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key regional and national healthcare systems, key accounts, and influential stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics (revenue, activities, conversion rates) and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Embrace & enable change to simplify, scale & innovate, acting as a senior commercial role model within the region.
- Demonstrate proficiency in leading complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple partners, decision-makers, and influencers at multiple levels.
Additional details
- Provide input into regional business planning, market development initiatives, and therapy adoption strategies in collaboration with region and EMEA leadership.
- This role will require approximately 50-70% of travel to attend customer sites, along with travel to local, national, and EMEA meetings as required. Education & special trainings:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field or equivalent commercial and clinical experience.
- Job holder must be located in Switzerland or Austria
- Experience in the Vascular therapy area is preferred
