Role overview
The Psychiatric Services SRO provides regional, community-based and patient-oriented psychiatric care for 80,000 residents.
We have modern, integrated care structures such as emergency triage, station-equivalent mobile acute care, integrative psychiatric care, social psychiatric and psychotherapeutic outpatients at 4 locations with special offers, as well as rehabilitation day clinic, acute day clinic, old-age psychiatry with ambulatory and day clinic and an inpatient offer with 34 beds in the Langenthal hospital.
We have the SIWF recognition as a training institution of category A for 3 years, both outpatient and inpatient.

Main responsibilities
- They handle psychiatric and psychotherapeutic cases in mentally ill people from the entire diagnostic spectrum.
- They are integrated into our interdisciplinary, milieutherapeutically and socio-psychiatrically experienced team and work closely with assignment positions.
- We work with open doors thanks to high personnel keys.
- De-escalation techniques and commitment in personal conversation with patients are essential.
- The job is very interesting due to the diversity of age (from 18 years to old age) and the entire spectrum of diagnosis due to primary care (only forensics and dementia excluded).
- Following the temporary pregnancy representation, further employment in our psychiatric emergency triage is possible. Requirements
- You have a completed degree in psychology and are in psychotherapeutic training.
- You are a team-oriented personality who is interested in social psychiatry and enjoys the profession.
