Main responsibilities

• You take over the management of strategic projects and programs with a focus on "Data Excellence
• You transfer the topic of “data excellence” from the current program structure into an effective operation
• You coordinate implementation projects and necessary procurement with internal and external partners
• You are responsible for the continuous development of data management with stakeholders in all directorates
• You anchor “Data Excellence” with communication and change measures throughout the city Requirements
• You have completed studies in business administration, business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or in a comparable field of study and have several years of relevant professional experience
• You have achieved demonstrable success in managing strategic projects and/or programs
• You move safely and confidently in agile as well as classic project management methods
• For you, data is the central resource with which the city of Bern can shape its digital future
• You communicate skillfully and in line with the target group and enjoy making complex content understandable on the political stage
