Key requirements
- Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in operativen Bereichen wie Produktion oder Instandhaltung mit, idealerweise im Umfeld von Schienenfahrzeugen. Mit deinem partizipativen Führungsstil und deiner klaren Kommunikation führst du dein Team sicher durch komplexe Situationen.
- Mit fundierter Praxis in ERP und Produktionssystemen übernimmst du die Systemverantwortung, vorzugsweise mit SAP R/3 und SAP S/4HANA, und setzt dein Prozess- und Datenverständnis wirksam ein.
- Mit kontinuierlicher Verbesserung kennst du dich aus und wendest routiniert Methoden wie Lean, Kaizen und Operational Excellence an und trägst zu Standortentwicklungs- und Investitionsprojekten bei.
- Du hast eine höhere Ausbildung an einer ETH, Universität oder FH in einem technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich abgeschlossen und bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im jeweils anderen Bereich mit. Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C1 und Französischkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B1.

- As the gateway for all work in the factory, you coordinate orders, prioritize resources and ensure a smooth end-to-end process so that vehicles are ready on time.
- You fulfill the demanding role of the interface between production, planning, component control, purchasing, procurement and projects and actively promote collaboration and good communication.
- In this role, you are the central interface of the plants to the digital zone for the production-relevant ERP systems such as SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA as well as other tools and ensure data quality and stable processes.
- You take on the ECM3 role for the plants and smooth the utilization of the Olten plant and the Cargodrome location (ECM stands for Entity in Charge of Maintenance).
- When working with internal and external stakeholders, you moderate interfaces professionally and make understandable decisions.
