- Planning and implementation of large-scale experiments
- New development and optimization of production processes
- Documentation of development experiments or -projekte
Key requirements
- A food technology training (food-ing.
- FH, food technology. HF or corresponding training/experience)
- Professional experience in the product development of foods, preferably in the field of canned food/fine food.
- Multifaceted raw material knowledge (sensory/functional properties)
- Good German and English knowledge in word and writing
- Self-employed, dynamic and flexible working methods combined with team and convincing communication skills - experience in project management
