Role overview
Tasks: As a dedicated pharmaceutical operations assistant, you will manage our pharmacy together with the responsible pharmacist in organizational matters and make a significant contribution to smooth operations.
You will take responsibility for administrative, personnel and business management tasks and will also be involved in accounting issues.
With your organizational skills, you will recognize potential for optimization in everyday pharmacy life, review existing processes and workflows and continually develop them further.
In doing so, you are making an important contribution to the further development of our pharmacy.
In addition, you will work on inventory management and quality measures.
In addition to your organizational activities, you will look after and advise our walk-in customers in day-to-day business and support our team in supplying and supporting our various Domicil locations.
Requirements
- Completed further training as a pharmaceutical operations assistant with a federal specialist certificate or training as a druggist HF
- Several years of professional experience in a pharmacy, preferably with knowledge of pharmaceutical home care
- Personal skills / social skills
- Strong service awareness and high customer orientation
- Enjoyment in further developing processes and contributing your own ideas
- Quick comprehension as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking
