In order to strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a 50% Payroll Specialist to ensure the smooth running of the payroll activities of our Swiss entities.

- Ensure monthly payroll preparation, processing and monitoring in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Business training (CTC) or equivalent training;
- HR or payroll specialization is an asset.
Main responsibilities

- Ensure monthly payroll preparation, processing and monitoring in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll calculations, payments and associated administrative activities.
- Manage legal obligations related to pay (social insurance, source tax, family allowances, pension fund and other compulsory contributions).
- Coordinate payroll data, monitor results and participate in pay reconciliations.
- Ensure the quality and maintenance of payroll data in HR and payroll systems.
- Manage employee life cycle pay aspects (entry, modification, departure, absence, international missions, benefits, etc.).
- Participate in legal statements, audits, annual closures and payroll reporting.
- Answer questions from employees, managers and external partners about payroll.
- Ensure replacement and continuity of payroll operations in Switzerland in case of absence.
Key requirements
- Business training (CTC) or equivalent training;
- HR or payroll specialization is an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, ideally in Switzerland.
- Good knowledge of Swiss legislation on pay, social insurance and compliance.
- Experience with HR and pay systems (SuccessFactors, SAP or equivalent).
