- Your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of intellectual property activities, including invention harvesting, patent drafting, and global patent prosecution.
- In addition, you will serve as a trusted advisor on IP-related matters, providing practical and business-oriented guidance to internal partners and helping to shape the company's innovation strategy in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.
- Qualification as a European Patent Attorney
- A strong scientific background in chemistry or a closely related discipline Proven experience in patent prosecution
Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of intellectual property activities, including invention harvesting, patent drafting, and global patent prosecution.

- Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and scientists to identify potentially patentable inventions Conduct patentability searches
- Provide strategic advice on optimal protection routes
- Guide inventors in documenting inventions and preparing high-quality invention disclosures
Key requirements
- Qualification as a European Patent Attorney
- A strong scientific background in chemistry or a closely related discipline Proven experience in patent prosecution
- Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating IP-related agreements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
