- Ensure the operational readiness and functioning of production facilities and tools.
- Provide technical support and training to employees of production workshops.
- Diploma of ES Technician or HES Engineer in Mechanical or Microtechnics
Main responsibilities
- Ensure the operational readiness and functioning of production facilities and tools.
- Provide technical support and training to employees of production workshops.
- Participate in the qualification of new products, accompany the reception of new means of production and the resolution of quality differences.
- Lead working groups to improve service performance and communicate with its working environment.
- Propose and actively lead continuous improvement projects, products and processes.
- Participate in quality gap analysis and resolution in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Profile
- Knowledge of computer tools for piloting workshop performance indicators (ERP, production management IT tools)
- Taste for the ground and management of continuous improvement projects
Key requirements
- Diploma of ES Technician or HES Engineer in Mechanical or Microtechnics
