Main responsibilities

  • Management and further development of operational excellence initiatives in defined companies
  • Technical leadership and coaching of local operational excellence/lean managers
  • Promoting a continuous improvement culture and enabling teams to live excellence in all processes
  • Conception, coordination and implementation of training, workshops and assessments in order to sustainably anchor knowledge and methods

Key requirements

  • Professional experience: Several years of experience in the area of operational excellence, lean management or continuous improvement, ideally in a production environment
  • Student (University/FH/HF): Successfully completed studies (ETH/University/FH) or many years of experience in a production company in the area of optimization
  • Sound business understanding coupled with holistic, analytical thinking
  • Experience in technical leadership and coaching of interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and enjoyment of working with people
  • Hands-on mentality and implementation strength, coupled with conceptual clarity
