Main responsibilities
- Professional development of nursing practice in inpatient rehabilitation with focus on pneumology, internal medicine/oncology;
- Musculoskeletal rehabilitation and psychosomatic/psychiatry
- Counselling and support of the nursing staff in complex patient:internal situations
- Ensuring evidence-based and high-quality care
- Participation in the development, implementation and evaluation of standards, guidelines and concepts
- Promoting interprofessional cooperation in the rehabilitation process
- Conduct of training, case meetings and practice support
- Professional management of the persons responsible at the site
- Inter-clinical cooperation in projects for quality development and patient safety
- Targeted use in direct care for anchoring practice and role as a model
