Requirements
- Completed training (EFZ) in the hospitality, sales, tourism or commercial sector
- Several years of experience in direct customer or Guest contact
- Service-oriented personality with real hosting
- Solution-oriented and proactive thinking
- Very good oral and written knowledge of German
- Excellent service and personal support for our additional insured patients before, during and after the hospital stay
